As CEO, my responsibilities included restructuring, the sale of two businesses, the closing of the company, and continued involvement in formal bankruptcy proceedings in Mexico (concurso mercantil).

Dostavista → Borzo

First employee → Country Manager

Backed by Mubadala, Abu Dhabi's sovereign investment company, and VNV Global.

Working with headquarters, fellow country managers, and global leadership meant connecting Mexico's reality with the wider company's goals across cultures and time zones. I left a profitable, cash-flow-positive operation with a team capable of running it independently.

What this brings to your business

Experience applied to your decisions.
