2122 Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA, with address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"), is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

This website is static. It has no server-side forms, no database, and no user accounts. Our website host, Cloudflare, delivers the pages and may record technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs when you visit. Section 8 explains the visit statistics we use.

We receive personal data when you contact us yourself:

• "Let's talk" buttons. They open a WhatsApp chat with us and a pre-written first message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
• "Request a reference" form. You fill it in your browser. When you submit it, your browser opens a WhatsApp message pre-filled with what you typed. The website does not store or receive that content. We receive it only if you send the WhatsApp message.

The data may include:

Your acceptance. By clicking a "Let's talk" button, by submitting the "Request a reference" form, or by sending us a message, you accept this notice and agree that we process your data for the purposes in section 4.1. If you do not accept it, please do not click, submit, or write to us. Sharing your data with a reference (section 4.2) and marketing always need a separate, specific agreement from you.

Sensitive personal data. We do not request any sensitive personal data (for example health, ethnic origin, religion, sexual life, political views, biometric or genetic data). Please do not send it. This website is not directed at minors.

4.1 Purposes necessary for the relationship you start with us (no additional consent needed)

• To contact you: to reply to your message, follow up on your inquiry, and arrange conversations, by WhatsApp or email.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of our communications and meet legal obligations.
• To keep the website secure and understand how it is used, in aggregate (section 8).

4.2 Purposes that need your consent

• Sharing with a reference. If you ask to speak with someone, we may share your name, company, and reason for the request with that person, only after you agree and they agree.
• Updates or marketing. We contact you for this only if you tell us you want it.

You can give or withdraw consent at any time by telling us in our conversation or by writing to inaqui@2122holdings.com. We do not sell your data.

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Messages you send us through WhatsApp are processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Cloudflare. Hosts the website and processes visit logs and, if enabled, visit statistics under its own terms and privacy policy.
• People you ask to speak with, as described in section 4.2, only with consent.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where needed to meet legal obligations or protect our rights.

Because these providers operate internationally, your data may be processed outside Mexico and outside the United States. By contacting us through WhatsApp you are using Meta's service; for any transfer to a person you ask to speak with, your consent is requested first.

We keep WhatsApp conversations and the data in them while our relationship or your inquiry is active and for 12 months after our last contact. After that we block and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Cloudflare keeps visit logs according to its own policy.

You can ask to access your data and how we process it, rectify it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, cancel (delete) it, or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent or ask us to limit its use or disclosure, as the law allows. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.

How to make a request. Write to inaqui@2122holdings.com and include:

1. Your name and an email where we can reply.
2. Information sufficient to verify your identity (we will not ask for more than needed).
3. A clear description of the data concerned and which right you are exercising (access, rectification, cancellation, or objection).
4. Any document that helps us locate your data.

Deadlines. We will tell you our decision within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if it is approved, carry it out within the following 15 business days. These deadlines may be extended once, for an equal period, when the circumstances justify it; if that happens, we will tell you.

Limiting use or disclosure. At any time, tell us by email or in our WhatsApp conversation that you do not want to be contacted or that you want to stop a use of your data, and we will stop.

If you are in Mexico and are not satisfied with our response, you may go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you. They count visits and interactions in aggregate: pages visited, referring site, country, device type (mobile or desktop), how far down a page visitors scroll, how long they stay active on a page, and clicks on key links, on the "Let's talk" buttons, and on the "Request a reference" form (we count that the form was started or submitted, never what you type). We do not store your IP address or any identifier, and we do not set cookies. Our website host, Cloudflare, also provides its own built-in web analytics, which likewise does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors; it measures page views, visits, and page-loading performance. We use this only to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We also use Google Search Console, which reports to us, in aggregate, the searches that lead to this website; it does not give us information about individual visitors.

We may update this notice. The effective date of the latest version appears at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use data of people we are in active contact with, we will tell them by WhatsApp or email.
