What I do
I work with founders, investors, and leadership teams to build, operate, and improve businesses in Mexico, from the first market decisions to the realities of running the company. I take operating responsibility when the mandate calls for it, and I advise when the team is ready to run on its own.

How I work
I start with questions. I speak with employees, customers, suppliers, partners, investors, and leadership, review the numbers, and spend time in the operation. Then I turn what I learn into hypotheses, test them, and adjust, working through decisions with the team and making responsibilities clear.

The person behind 2122
I’m a husband, a father of two, and the founder of 2122 Holdings. I grew up around entrepreneurship, learning from my family and the people who took the time to teach me. My wife and her career taught me how to build teams, and 2122 draws on those years of experience in finding, assessing, and bringing the right people into a business.
2122 brings that experience together with trusted collaborators to help other companies build what comes next.
